Codfish with Riberalves chickpeas

Ingredients

2 medium traditional cod fillets
250g of cooked chickpeas
2 eggs
1/2 small onion
parsley q.b.
black pepper q.b. (optional)
oil and vinegar q.b.

Once defrosted, cook the Codfish Loins in plenty of water for approximately 5 to 7 min (depending on the height of the loins). Meanwhile, heat the chickpeas in plenty of hot water and drain, boil the eggs and chop the onion and parsley.

Serve the Codfish Loins with the chickpeas and boiled eggs, chopped onion and parsley, seasoning to taste with freshly ground black pepper, olive oil and vinegar. Simple and practical, codfish with Riberalves chickpeas is ready.
