Ingredients
1 egg
50 g of prawns
1/2 leek
1/2 tablespoon philadelphia light cheese
1 natural yogurt
1 onion
1 bay leaf
2 garlic cloves
light grated cheese
Grated carrot
Olive oil
Salt, pepper and nutmeg
Preparation

Boil the codfish and the egg. Shred the codfish and set aside.
In a pan place a drizzle of olive oil, onion, chopped garlic, bay leaf and leek. Sauté, add the carrot and then add the shredded codfish, the prawns and the egg white. Cook over a low heat.
For the” béchamel”: In a bowl, place the yoghurt, the Philadelphia cheese and the boiled egg yolk. Mix very well. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add this mixture to the pan of codfish and put everything together. Cook for a few minutes and then pour into a Pyrex. Sprinkle with a little grated cheese and bake th Light Bacalhau Espiritual (creamy codfish) in the oven until golden brown.
