Ingredients

Riberalves Ready-to-Cook Codfish Loins
Fresh spinach
Crispy onion
Garlic
Olive oil
Creamed spinach

Preparation

Today’s suggestion from nutritionist Mariana Abecasis is her delicious Baked Codfish for a gourmet dinner that took no more than 20 minutes to make and was zero work! See the full recipe below!

Place the codfish loins in an ovenproof dish and season them with a drizzle of olive oil and garlic cut into small pieces.

Then add some fresh spinach leaves and the crispy onion.

Bake in the oven, pre-heated to 200 ºC, for about 15-20 minutes, until the codfish is tender.

Serve Mariana Abecasis’ Baked Codfish with creamed spinach or any other of your favourite side dishes!
