Codfish with sweet potato

Ingredients
2 tomatoes
2 onions
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of oil
1 kg of sweet potato
salt
chili
1 bunch of coriander
2 tablespoons of butter
2 cups of tomato sauce (reduced tomato, garlic and onion liquefied)
1 small glass of white wine

Boil the codfish and shred it into pieces. Remove the skin from the sweet potato and cut it into slices, not too thick.
Prepare the sauce: put the butter in a pan and let it melt. Add salt, pepper, the onion cut into small pieces, the tomato and the finely chopped coriander. Add the tomato sauce and add a small glass of white wine.
In a dish, place olive oil, a layer of sweet potato slices, the codfish fillets and the sauce. Again, a layer of sweet potato, the codfish and the sauce. Finally, a layer of codfish and cover with the mayonnaise. Bake in a hot oven for 35 minutes.
Serve the Codfish with sweet potato with a salad or with spinach sautéed in olive oil and garlic.
