Codfish Bread in the frying pan
1 cup of red cabbage
1/2 chopped onion
1 chopped garlic clove
1 ???? of chopped pepper soup

1 cup of oatmeal
1 egg (L)
1/2 cup of milk

Defrost the codfish, remove the skin and bones and cut into cubes.
Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan, add the garlic, the pepper, the onion and the red cabbage. Cook for a few minutes over a low heat.
Add the codfish and cook to taste, letting all the liquid evaporate.
In a bowl mix the turmeric with the olive oil, egg, milk and flour.
Cook two loaves of bread in a small frying pan as follows: arrange a little dough, fill with codfish and top with a little more dough.
Allow to cook over a low heat, with a lid on. Turn when almost done.
