Ingredients

200 g Riberalves Codfish steak
4 small potatoes
1 carrot
180 g snap peas
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
Paprika to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Chopped parsley to taste

Preparation

To prepare a delicious codfish casserole with potatoes and snap peas, follow the step-by-step instructions and enjoy!

Allow the codfish to defrost. Place the olive oil, onion, garlic and spices in a pan. Cook on low heat and add the carrot and potatoes (peeled and cubed).

Cook for about 10 minutes (add hot water as necessary).
Add the snap peas (washed and destringed) and the codfish. Cover the pan and cook for a further 10 minutes.

Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
