Ingredients
2 Riberalves Codfish Steaks (550 g)
350 g potatoes
2 cloves garlic
200 ml white wine
1 large onion
1 tin peeled tomatoes (390 g)
2 fresh tomatoes
Salt to taste

Preparation

.Peel and slice the onion and garlic and put them into a cataplana with the olive oil. Fry gently for 5 minutes. Cut the fresh tomatoes into half-moons and add them to the mixture along with the tinned tomatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes.
.Peel the potatoes, cut them into wedges, and add them to the mixture along with the white wine. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
. Add the RIBERALVES codfish steaks to the cataplana, close it, and leave to cook.
