Ingredients

3 deep-frozen soaked cod loins Riberalves
3 cloves of garlic
2 medium onions
800 g of medium potatoes
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
300 g of tomato
1 dl of olive oil
1 dl of white wine
Salt and pepper q.b.

Preparation

Peel the garlic cloves, the onions and the potatoes. Chop the garlic cloves, slice the onions and potatoes and cut the peppers into strips. Peel the tomato and chop it; cut the codfish into pieces.

In a cataplana, put half the olive oil, the chopped garlic, the onion rings, the tomato, the pepper strips, the potatoes and the codfish pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and the white wine. If necessary, add a little water.
