4 boiled potatoes

Pass the shredded codfish through the mincer for a few seconds.
Mash the potatoes in food mill and add them to the shredded codfish with the butter, salt and pepper and some chopped parsley, mixing well. Add the egg yolks and the beaten egg whites.
Grease a baking pan and pour the mixture into it. Bake in a 180ºC oven for 40 minutes.
