Ingredients

150g Riberalves codfish
2 tbsp. peas
Garlic powder to taste
Turmeric to taste
Thyme to taste
1/2 tsp. yeast
1 dessert spoon olive oil
60 ml milk
4 level tbsp. wholegrain spelt flour
4 level tbsp. oat flour
2 eggs

Allow the codfish to defrost and steam (you can also use boiled or baked codfish leftovers, skinless and boneless).

Set the oven to 180°C.

Beat the eggs with the olive oil and milk. Season to taste. Stir in the combined flours, yeast, peas and codfish. Pour the mixture into silicone muffin tins and bake for about 35 minutes (use the toothpick test).

Your codfish muffins are ready! Delicious warm or cold. Bon appétit!
