2 Traditional cod fillets

2 medium potatoes

- After defrosting, cook the codfish fillets in plenty of water for approximately 5 to 7 minutes (depending on the height of the fillets).
- In a separate pan, boil the skinned potatoes cut in half and the peeled carrots cut into quarters in plenty of salted water. Cook the cabbage leaves in another pan and boil the eggs also separately.
- Serve the traditional codfish slices with the vegetables and hard-boiled eggs, seasoning to taste with olive oil, vinegar and freshly ground black pepper.
