Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 natural yogurt
1/2 Cauliflower
1 cooked and shredded cod fillet
1/2 natural yogurt
1/2 Cauliflower
1 cooked and shredded cod fillet
Preparation
Let’s prepare delicious low-carb cauliflower and codfish Mini Pies?
Beat the eggs with the yoghurt and then add the codfish previously cooked and shredded into very small pieces, also include the cauliflower already cooked and well drained (also broken into very small pieces).
Mix well until well blended.
Pour the mixture into silicone moulds and bake in the oven for 25 min at 200°C.
