Ingredients

1/2 Riberalves cod loin
1 dessert spoon of olive oil
1 clove of garlic (optional)
1 bay leaf
1 tomato

Preparation

Simple, tasty and healthy: Mother Bravo Style Codfish. Take a look!

After defrosting the codfish, remove the skin and bones and flake it.

Place the olive oil and chopped garlic in a wok. Heat over a low heat and add the bay leaf and the tomatoes cut into half-moons.

Immediately afterwards add the codfish, and after it is cooked to taste, enjoy.
