Mushrooms Stuffed with Codfish Paste

Ingredients

Whole fresh mushrooms
Slice of Riberalves Ready-to-Cook Traditional Codfish, cooked and shredded
Philadelphia Light
Garlic powder
Fresh coriander

Preparation

As a starter, snack or main course, this recipe by Mariana Abecasis is the perfect suggestion for a different and healthy meal! Mushrooms Stuffed with Codfish Paste.

Boil and shred the codfish steak. 

Wash the mushrooms and remove the stalks. 

Put the shredded codfish into a mixing bowl and add the Philadelphia cheese, a little garlic powder (optional) and a sprinkling of fresh coriander. Beat with a hand blender to form a paste. 

Fill the mushrooms with the fish paste and bake in the oven for about 15 min at 180 °C. Then leave for a further 2 to 3 minutes under the grill until the top is nicely browned. 

Serve your Mushrooms Stuffed with Codfish Paste warm!
