400 g RIBERALVES shredded codfish
800 g straw potatoes
3 cloves garlic
4 medium eggs
Olive oil to taste
Parsley to taste
Rocket to taste

Peel and mince the garlic and put it into a bowl along with a drizzle of olive oil and the RIBERALVES shredded codfish. Stir.
Chop the parsley and add it and the straw potatoes to the previous mixture. Now beat the eggs, and add them to the bowl too, then mix very well.
Put the mixture into an ovenproof dish and bake it in the oven, preheated to 180 ºC, for 20 minutes. Remove and serve garnished with rocket.
