4 deep-frozen soaked cod fillets Riberalves
2 dl of olive oil
1 lemon
1 spoon of «crème fraîche»
1 spoon of tabasco
2 garlic cloves

Boil the codfish loins, flake them into thick flakes and drizzle with Tabasco.
Emulsify the olive oil with the lemon juice, add the chopped garlic and heat over a low heat. As soon as it starts to boil, add the crème fraîche, salt and pepper and some chopped parsley.
Serve the codfish with the sauce over slices of toasted bread. And that’s Provençal style Codfish! How about that?
