Ingredients
1 unit of scrape file
1 unit of lemon juice
15 g of grated ginger
fresh chili
1 clove of garlic
1 unit of skinless diced tomatoes and seeds
1 unit of chopped red onion
25 g of each - 3-color peppers
50 ml of oil
chopped coriander - to taste

Defrost the defrosted codfish overnight in the fridge, rinse and dry well, start by washing the vegetables, peel the peppers, tomatoes, red onion, and garlic, cut the tomato into petals then julienne and then into small cubes, do the same with the peppers, chop the onion and garlic well, put everything quickly in a frying pan over a high heat with a drizzle of olive oil, leave to cool.
Season the shredded codfish with the lime zest, lemon juice, chilli to taste, grated ginger, olive oil and coriander.
Serve with bread toast and avocado paste. The marinated codfish salad is ready!
