Mini cod pizzas

Ingredients
400 g gourmet shredded cod, ready to cook
1 store-bought pizza base
150 g grated cheese
50 g sliced olives
1 small red bell pepper, diced
1 onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
a handful of cherry tomatoes
a drizzle of olive oil
flour as needed

Preparation
Let the cod thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper in a drizzle of olive oil until golden. Add the cod and cook through.
Meanwhile, cut the pizza dough into small circles using a cutter or a glass. If needed, lightly oil the glass and sprinkle flour on the work surface.
Spread tomato sauce over each dough circle, top with grated cheese, add some of the cod mixture, and finish with olives and quartered cherry tomatoes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C for 10–15 minutes (or follow the instructions on the pizza dough packaging).
