Greek salad with cod flakes

Ingredients
2 cod loin portions (Riberalves, ready to cook)
250 g feta cheese
1 red onion, sliced
1 cucumber
½ green bell pepper
½ yellow bell pepper
4 medium tomatoes
150 g olives
olive oil, to taste
vinegar, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper and oregano, to taste

Preparation
Place the frozen cod portions in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil.
Cook for 10 minutes covered. Remove the fish, flake it, removing skin and bones, and set aside.
Cut the vegetables and feta cheese into cubes. Place all ingredients in a bowl, season, mix well, and serve.
