To start the Codfish Bowl, separate the defrosted Riberalves Codfish Loins.
In a wok, add a drizzle of olive oil. Pour in the previously cooked quinoa and sauté for one minute.
Add the codfish, the tomatoes cut into quarters and the pineapple cut into small pieces and cook until lightly toasted!
Serve hot or cold.
