1.5 kg deep-frozen soaked codfish Riberalves
1 kg of potatoes
1 bunch of parsley

2 tablespoons of cottage cheese

1 cup of sesame seeds

Preparation

Boil the codfish, clean and shred it. Boil the potatoes and mash them. Chop the greens, grate the cheese and beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the curd cheese to everything, mix and, with the help of two tablespoons, make small cakes. Dip them in sesame seeds.
