Ingredients

1 egg
100 g Riberalves cod loins, shredded
1/2 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 dessert spoon olive oil
q.s. Chopped parsley
q.s. nutmeg
1/4 red cabbage
q.s. mini tomato

Preparation

Brás Style Codfish with red cabbage. A tip from dietician Ana Bravo. Shall we prepare it?

Start by washing the cabbage well and cutting it into julienne strips. Chop the garlic and the onion.

In a pan put the olive oil, garlic and onion and over a low heat, cook the mixture. As soon as the onion becomes translucent, add the codfish and nutmeg.

Cover and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Add the cabbage and cook to taste. Beat the egg with the chopped parsley and fold into the previous mixture.

Serve sprinkled with more parsley and mini tomatoes.
