Ingredients
Flour
Olive oil
2 onions
2 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
4 potatoes
Salt to taste
12 black olives
Parsley to taste

How about a delicious fried Codfish with onions, olives and parsley? With Riberalves Codfish, of course! Take a peek!
Allow the codfish steaks to defrost, dry using kitchen paper and coat all sides with flower (shake the excess off). Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the codfish and fry on all sides, until golden.
In the meantime, fry the thinly sliced onions, slivered garlic cloves and bay leaves in a separate pan.
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices and fry. Placed the fried potatoes on a tray lined with kitchen paper to drain the excess oil and season with a pinch of salt.
Serve the fried codfish steaks with the onions and fried potato slices. Decorate with the black olives and sprinkle with parsley.
