Olive oil to taste
4 cloves garlic
75 ml white wine
Fresh coriander to taste
1/2 lemon

Thaw the Codfish Cheeks, rinse under cold running water and drain well. Soften the sliced garlic cloves in the heated olive oil.
Then add the well-drained codfish cheeks and sauté them for a few minutes.
Next, refresh with the wine and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Lastly, simmer for a few more minutes, sprinkle with plenty of coarsely chopped coriander, turn off the heat, and drizzle with the lemon juice.
Serve your Codfish Cheeks with slices of toast and lemon wedges.
