Ingredients

500 g of Cod Cheeks
Olive oil q.b.
4 cloves of garlic
75 ml of white wine
Coriander q.s.
1/2 lemon

Defrost the Codfish Cheeks, rinse under cold running water and drain well. Soften the sliced garlic cloves in the heated olive oil.

Then add the well drained Codfish Cheeks and sauté for a few minutes.

Next, refresh with the wine and boil for 1 to 2 min. Finally, simmer for a few more minutes, sprinkle with plenty of coarsely chopped coriander, turn off and drizzle with the lemon juice.

Serve the Codfish Cheeks with toasted bread slices and lemon wedges.
