250 g cooked codfish, flaked
250 g cooked chickpeas or sweet potato
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
Coriander to taste
Pepper to taste
Lemon juice

Place the onion, garlic, coriander and olive oil in a liquidiser. Whizz until smooth. Add the chickpeas or sweet potato and whizz again. Add the flaked codfish and blend all ingredients.
Shape the burgers and bake or fry them in a little olive oil.
