Ingredients

300 g deep-frozen soaked codfish Riberalves
1 teaspoon of wheat flour
1/2 cup of milk tea
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 beaten eggs
salt
Oil

Preparation

How about Codfish Fritters for lunch today? A simple, quick and very tasty recipe, with the best protein, codfish.

Cook the codfish in water, drain and shred into flakes, removing the skin and bones. Mix the codfish with the onion and parsley. Set aside.

Mix the flour, baking powder and eggs. Add the milk little by little, stirring constantly. Add the codfish and adjust the salt.

Heat the oil well and fry little by little, by spoonful’s, until golden brown on both sides. Allow to drain well on absorbent paper and serve still hot and crispy.

Wonderful served the Codfish fritters with tomato rice, fragrant with chopped basil or with a generous and imaginative salad.
