1 Riberalves cod loin cooked
1 pack of Philadelphia light
2 bunches of fresh coriander
¼ chopped onion
Carrot, celery, pepper and cucumber sticks

Codfish Pâté with Vegetable Sticks. How about a colourful, tasty recipe with the best of ready to cook codfish?
Boil the codfish for about 7 min in boiling water. Shred into small pieces and leave to cool.
Add the light Philadelphia, the shredded codfish, the chopped onion and the fresh coriander. Using a hand blender, blend well until creamy.
Pour the pâté into a bowl and serve with carrot, celery, pepper and cucumber sticks.
