Ingredients

1 Riberalves Cod Loin
4 rice leaves
2 carrots
1 red onion
4 lettuce leaves
Soy sauce or ricotta sauce with herbs

Preparation

Boil the codfish and leave to cool. Shred into slivers.

Cut the carrots into sticks and the onion into thin slices.

Dip the rice paper in hot water and fill it with all the ingredients.

Dip the roll in soy sauce or ricotta sauce with garlic and herbs and eat!
