Ingredients

1 Riberalves Cod Fillet
4 small pre-cooked yams
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 onion
1/4 green pepper
1/4 yellow pepper
1/4 red pepper

Preparation

To prepare a tasty and healthy recipe of Codfish with boiled Yams, follow the step by step instructions below and bon appétit!

Slice the onion, cut the peppers into strips and mince the garlic. Clean the yams, scrub them well and cook them whole for about 35 minutes.

Set the oven at 180 degrees.

Arrange the onion, peppers, codfish fillet and yams (which had already been cooked) on a tray. Top with the chopped garlic and olive oil. Place in the oven for about 35 minutes (or until the codfish and yams are ready).

Serve the Codfish with boiled yams hot, “punching” the yams to make it easier to peel them.
