1 cod fillet
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
1 clove of garlic in slices
1/2 chopped onion
1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
2 bay leaves
1 Carrot in slices
1/4 courgette, cubed
1 cup cauliflower in pieces
1 cup of coconut water

- Defrost the codfish and break it into large flakes.
- Place the olive oil, garlic, onion, bay leaf and curry powder in a pan.
- Cook over a low heat until the onion is translucent. Add the remaining vegetables and the coconut water.
- Let it cook (about 20 minutes, or until it is to taste) and add the codfish. As soon as the codfish is ready, turn off and serve hot.
