Ingredients
4 tall pieces of deep-frozen soaked codfish Riberalves
1 kg chestnuts (fresh or frozen)
2 garlic cloves
200 ml of olive oil
500 g of small potatoes
1 teaspoon of fennel
1 bunch of parsley
1 cup pitted black olives
1 cup of milk
salt
pepper

Cook the chestnuts in salted water with fennel (if frozen, boil them in salted water with fennel) and drain. Boil the potatoes too.
Place the codfish fillets in an oven tray with the sliced garlic cloves, olive oil and a little pepper. Add the potatoes and chestnuts.
Drizzle with a little milk and serve when the codfish flakes and the potatoes and chestnuts are golden. Garnish with the olives and a sprig of parsley.
