Ingredients
Olive oil
1 garlic clove
500 g gnocchi
150 g baby spinach
150 g cherry tomatoes
Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste

Allow the codfish steaks to defrost, rinse under cold tap water and boil in plenty of water for 6-8 minutes (when the fish starts to break). Drain, remove the bones and flake.
Cook the gnocchi according to pack instructions.
Add olive oil to a frying pan and gently fry the chopped garlic, spinach and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and black pepper. Add the codfish flakes and stir in the cooked, drained gnocchi.
Drizzle with a little olive oil, if necessary. Add Parmesan slivers (optional), season with black pepper and serve immediately.
