200g of Shredded Cod
olive oil q.s.

100g of fried straw potato

Preparation

Sauté the onion cut into thin half-moon shape and the chopped garlic in olive oil. Then add the previously defrosted codfish and sauté for 2 to 3 min.
Then add the potato chips and stir.
Meanwhile, add the eggs beaten with the help of a fork, season with freshly ground black pepper and stir everything together over a low to medium heat until it reaches the desired consistency.
Sprinkle to taste with chopped parsley and serve with black olives and lettuce salad. The Riberalves “À Brás” Style codfish is ready.
