Ingredients
8 squares of puff pastry
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
50 ml milk
Zest of 1 lemon
Chopped parsley to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Nutmeg to taste

Boil the cod and drain, reserving the cooking water.
Melt a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and sauté the chopped onion and garlic in it. Add the flour, then the milk and 50 ml of the water you used to cook the cod. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and stir in the cod. Add the lemon zest and some chopped parsley and stir. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
Put some of the filling in the centre of each puff pastry square and close them up. Brush with the egg yolk.
