Codfish and Leek Pie

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 leek, cut into strips
100 g pitted black olives, sliced
500 g boiling potatoes
50 g butter
1 egg yolk
Preparation
To start preparing this delicious Codfish and Leek Pie recipe, just follow the steps below and enjoy!
Put the codfish on to boil in water and turn off the heat as soon as it boils.
Cook the potatoes in the same water you used to cook the codfish.
While the potatoes are still warm, stir in the butter and mash them. Reserve.
Put the olive oil into a frying pan and sauté the onion and leek until golden brown.
Mix in the olives and then add the flaked codfish and season.
Put half of the mashed potatoes into an ovenproof dish, covering the entire bottom.
Now add the fish mixture and then cover with the remaining mashed potatoes.
Brush with the egg yolk and bake in the oven at 180 °C until golden brown.
And your Codfish and Leek Pie is ready to serve!
