Ingredients
1 small onion
3 sprigs parsley
Olive oil to taste
150 g cooked chickpeas
6 pitted black olives
Fleur de sel to taste
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 dessertspoon ketchup
Lettuce as required

Thaw the codfish steaks and cook them in boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes (depending on how thick they are). Remove the skin and bones, and shred.
Blitz the onion, parsley and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a food processor. Add the chickpeas, olives and a pinch of salt and blitz again. Next, combine everything in a bowl with the shredded codfish, add the breadcrumbs and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 4 balls, mould them into hamburger shapes and cook in a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
To make the sauce: thoroughly mix the Greek yogurt with the ketchup and a pinch of fleur de sel.
Put lettuce leaves on the bottom half of each bolo do caco roll and top with a codfish burger and some of the sauce. Put the other half of the roll on top and serve your burgers with sweet potato sticks!
