Ingredients
200 g Riberalves Codfish
5 tbsp. red beans (cooked)
3 tbsp. sweetcorn (cooked or frozen)
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. red pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. tomato puree
1 garlic clove
Chopped chillies (optional)
Chopped parsley to taste
5 tbsp. red beans (cooked)
3 tbsp. sweetcorn (cooked or frozen)

Preparation
It is very easy to prepare Codfish Chilli, a recipe idea from dietician Ana Bravo: Follow the step-by-step instructions and enjoy!
Allow the codfish to defrost, remove the skin and bones and dice.
Add the olive oil, red pepper, chilli to taste (optional), onion and sliced garlic to a pan. Cook for a few minutes on low heat and stir in the codfish.
Add the sweetcorn, tomato puree and beans. Cook to taste, adding hot water as necessary.
Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
